We spent some time corresponding with Hein Tours to set up a nineteen -day tour of Vietnam. We had 04 local guides, one for Hanoi , Halong bay, Sapa and another one for Hue, Hoi An, and My Son. All guides were knowledgeable and enthusiastic and provided details of life in Vietnam along with its considerable history. The company provided guides and drivers; all of the arrangements worked perfectly. Their attention to detail was amazing. Although one is never share how these things will work out, making these arrangements over the Internet was easy and trouble fee. We would highly recommend using this company.
Good Evening Hien
We are doing Great and had a good trip home. I think I’m finally getting past the “Jet Lag” and my old tired body is ready to continue on with normal duties..
I think that I can speak for all of us and say that we had an outstanding experience and will certainly consider doing it again…
Sorry that you couldn’t be with us, but your choice of sending Quang was perfect. He and my son, David, became friends immediately and their interaction added to the overall trip..
I have already had several inquiries about the trip and will certainly pass your travel guide information along so that others can enjoy a trip that you made so easy for us..
I’ll make two comments that might help for future trips.. The young man that was our guide in Ban Me Thout was very nice, but his grasp of the English language and our inability to convey what we would like to do made it difficult . Mr. H.C. Separated from us and traveled on his own for the morning, trying to locate the old Orphanage that was close to our base. He did learn that it is no longer there and was destroyed in 1975 .. David and I continued to Lak Lake and had an enjoyable time riding through the country side .. We met back at BMT airport and had a good flight back to Saigon.
The other point is the Hotel in Danang. It was very nice, but the location was a bit remote and required a cab ride to anywhere we ventured .. Possibly using a hotel closer to or at the Beach would help..
Our experience overall was outstanding and everything I had wanted… The next trip I make there will probably allow for at least one more day at each stop.. It was a bit tiring, but that was my fault for selecting such a busy schedule, visiting 7 cities in that short a period of time..
I know my son David has already said that he will return to Saigon and Nha Trang on a trip in the future….
Again, Thank You for all of your time and effort and making it so very easy on us. I will never forget the trip and look forward to the next time… Possibly in 2021 or 2022 for my 50th year anniversary.
I Have and will continue to offer your information to anyone interested in returning to or just visiting your Beautiful Country ….
Thank You
